Barefoot Bungalow Realty: Helping You Find Your Perfect Real Estate “Match”
By Sydney Van Dreason, North Naples Neighbors
If you’ve ever toured houses before, you’ll know that hunting for a new home is like going on a first date. After the tour, you reflect on your “date.” Sometimes you feel like it went well and could see yourself having a future there, but other times, you can’t help but think of the
things that didn’t work for you, such as the small bedrooms or the closed concept living space.
Barefoot Bungalow Realty understands the hassle of real estate “dating,” and they’re dedicated to helping their clients find “the one,” the perfect real estate “match.”
“Barefoot Bungalow Realty works tirelessly to ensure your real estate ‘dating’ process is relaxing, fun, memorable and, most importantly, successful,” Mary Mouritsen, Agent, said. “It started as a response to the need for a personalized home buying experience. When the client walks into their new home for the first time, there’s nothing like it!”
Prior to becoming an agent, Mary owned a dental practice for almost 30 years. During this time, she experienced every real estate phase from buying her first property to selling her aging parents’ home. After investing in and flipping properties for several years, Mary decided to turn her real estate interest into a profession.
“I am your trusted resource and advocate,” Mary said. “I find great fulfillment in helping people find their ideal home, and I limit my number of clients to ensure they receive the personalized attention they deserve.”
Also part of the Barefoot Bungalow team are Ruth Berg-True and Mark True. Ruth has been involved in real estate since she was a child and was introduced to it from her grandparents’ careers. As she grew into buying homes and selling investments, Ruth learned the patience and care it takes to expertly facilitate real estate transactions. Mark recently joined the real estate industry after retiring from a 31-year career of being a retail store manager for Walmart. With his dedicated leadership and powerful organizational skills, Mark successfully facilitated the opening of several multimillion-dollar retail stores from the ground up. Now, he brings that same level of hard work, precision, professionalism and collaboration to guide clients through their exciting home purchase or sale.
Mary, Ruth, Mark and the rest of the Barefoot Bungalow team are all dedicated to finding home buyers the perfect home.
“You know that feeling when you kick off your shoes at the end of the day and go barefoot?” Mary said. “That’s our goal: to find your perfect piece of SWFL paradise and ‘Live your best life barefoot!’”
