Limoncello in North Naples is under new ownership. Cosimo Picci, from Positano Italy, and his wife, Ashleigh took over the existing restaurant in February of this year.
Cosimo moved to America from the Amalfi Coast eleven years ago after he and Ashleigh met in Positano. Their dream has been to bring the food, culture, and spirit of the Amalfi Coast stateside.
They have been able to bring that dream to fruition at Limoncello. They spent the summer doing extensive renovations to the space as well as updating the menu and wine list, and sourcing high quality ingredients.
One of their most exciting additions, however, has been the addition of Domenico Foraggio to their team. Domenico is a third generation pizza maker from the home of pizza, Naples, Italy.
Tradition is at heart if Domenico’s pizza making. His father was a renowned pizza chef in Italy and the pair traveled the world opening pizzerias, including Rosso Pomodoro, Molto, and La Trattoria in Naples.
Domenico brings his passion and expertise to Limoncello. His talent brings the best neopolitan pizza in Southwest Florida to Limoncello.
